Emergency Preparedness
When the alarm goes off, your people need to know exactly where to go — and you need to be able to prove they got there. We design, rehearse and document the evacuation side of your fire-safety programme.
What we deliver
Three components, one programme.
Fire Drill
Scheduled, monitored fire drills that test how quickly your people actually leave the building — and what slows them down.
EnquireFire Escape Planning
Walk-through evacuation plans drawn from the actual layout of your building — not a generic template.
EnquireComprehensive Evacuation
Full evacuation programme — plans, signage, drills, training and review — kept current as the building and team change.
EnquireFire Drill
We coordinate with your safety officer to plan, run and observe live evacuation drills. Each drill is timed, photographed and written up so you can show auditors a real-world test of your evacuation plan, not just a paper one.
- Pre-drill briefing with safety officer and floor wardens
- Live timed evacuation observed by our team
- Post-drill debrief: bottlenecks, blocked routes, assembly-point accuracy
- Written drill report for your fire register
Fire Escape Planning
We walk every floor with you, identify primary and secondary escape routes, mark assembly points, and produce printed evacuation plans for posting at each level. Plans are aligned to the requirements of the SANS 10400-T fire-protection framework.
- Site walk-through with floor plans
- Primary and secondary route identification
- Assembly-point mapping at safe distances from the building
- Printed wall plans and digital copies
Comprehensive Evacuation
An end-to-end evacuation programme for sites that need more than a one-off drill. We build the plan, install the signage, train the floor wardens, run the drills and review the programme annually so it stays current with staff turnover and building changes.
- Site-specific evacuation plans for every floor
- Photoluminescent signage installed to SANS 1186
- Floor warden training and refresher sessions
- Annual programme review and revision
